  • I work collaboratively.
I am personable and interactive. I strongly believe in the efficacy of listening and I also love to work together, interact, and share insights and ideas. I continue to develop myself to become an integrated therapist and to incorporate "right-brain" modalities, including art, mindfulness, and the body, into my work as research has shown that integrating the right brain in the therapy process promotes neural rewiring and facilitates change.

  • I like to explore the past and I also work in the here and now.
There is so much to be gained from truly understanding one’s past and how you developed into the person you are today. And it is also empowering to work in the present to determine how you want to live your life now.

  • I work with the whole person.
Whichever parts you choose to bring to therapy… all are welcome. Thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, imagination, dreams, personalities, parts you have been keeping in the shadows, and spirituality (if applicable).

  • The way I work is unique to you.
Based on your individual needs, preferences and personality. I am trained in many different modalities — Jungian, Relational, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Children, Trauma and Transpersonal. All of these modalities inform my work in an integrated fashion.

  • I am a qualified Psychotherapist.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and received my Masters in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco and my BA from UCLA. I have been working with Individuals, Couples and Groups since 2014.

  • I have a specialty in Autism Spectrum Disorders.
I have a passion for working with clients who are struggling with any and all types symptoms related to Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). I have supervised for ABA programs with Positive Pathways, working in homes, schools, and group settings with people with Autism and their families as an ABA Therapist, Regional Supervisor, and Behavioral Coach. I work with adults and children with Autism as well as their support systems for lifestyle improvements, Social Emotional Skills, parenting, and behavior. I have over 10 years' experience - offering support in residential treatment facilities, in-home, out in the community, and in retreat.

  • I am a trained Grief Therapist.
I have worked in clinics and schools as a grief therapist. I have extensive training on grief, sudden illness, sudden loss, and transition. This is part of my transpersonal work. It is not uncommon to feel isolated while experiencing a transition and therapy is proven to improve loved one's support systems.

  • I am also a trained Expressive Arts Therapist.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I knew that my life's purpose involved blending the arts with psychology for healing. During my time studying, I was trained in Expressive Arts modalities. Expressive Arts is a useful tool for personal insight, growth, and personal development. I know how to hold space for expressive arts and lead the way in using many modalities to gain a deeper perspective of your life. In my free time, I build large-scale art installations. I am an artist, and work with artists of all kinds, helping to unblock creativity and help focus their work.

  • I am trained in working with Trauma.

I work with a significant amount of trauma victims who have struggled with symptoms since childhood. In my time         working with EBAC, I was trained in multi-cultural intersectionalities, complex trauma, and working with trauma               the community.

My Pledge

I pledge to use my power of psychotherapy to support healing, empowerment and justice for humans, non-human beings and our Earth. I am here as a co-conspirator with people of color, indigenous folk, LGBTQ+ friends and the plant spirits on this spectacular Mother Earth, on the journey of empowerment and freedom of body, mind and consciousness through the medicine of witnessing, mirroring, and reflecting.
