Expansion Exercise

This exercise is similar to one that I might lead a client through in our sessions together. It is recommend for those who have experience with mindfulness already; it is not a mindfulness introduction. I hope you enjoy it, however. This can be helpful for a trauma response like depersonalization or when you feel yourself leaving the room and being overtaken by anxious thoughts in your brain. #anxiety #mindfulness #doingthework
